Sonnax Transmission Company, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Enterprise Applications Business Analyst in Bellows Falls, VT. You will manage enterprise apps, Entra ID access, and SSO integrations in a production environment, ensuring secure access governance and smooth IT operations.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with IT and business teams, supporting labeling systems, and driving process improvements across manufacturing platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise apps in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle, access reviews, and audits.
• Familiar with SAML, OAuth, OIDC and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications and cloud platforms used across manufacturing operations.
• Manage identity in Entra ID including group management and access controls.
• Configure and support Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Handle user access requests using RBAC and least-privilege principles across multiple systems.
• Support and maintain labeling systems and troubleshooting.
• Support and optimize the Service Desk cloud platform, including ticket management and workflows.
• Monitor system health and respond to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Assist in maintaining integrations and data flow between systems (ERP, WMS, etc.).
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, access models, and procedures.
