Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Application Administrator for Costpoint Boundary Applications to join the Enterprise Systems team. You will administer Deltek Costpoint, Cobra, Cognos, and boundary applications, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with senior staff, developers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot, upgrade, and support ERP and related platforms, including RFgen, Oracle EPM, APEX, and UiPath automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 4+ years in application administration or IT operations.
• Experience with enterprise ERP/financial applications.
• Experience in regulated environments with security/compliance/audit requirements.
• Hands-on with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Deltek Costpoint and boundary applications (Cobra, Cognos).
• Troubleshoot issues, process access requests, and manage incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis with infra, DB, and dev teams.
• Support upgrades, patches, and testing for reliability and performance.
• Maintain RFgen, Datamax labeling, and enterprise platforms.
• Assist with Oracle Hyperion Cloud (EPM), Oracle APEX, and UiPath automations.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and provisioning records.
• Ensure changes comply with security, audit, and compliance requirements.
