Job summary

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Application Administrator to join the Enterprise Systems team in Houston. You will manage Deltek Costpoint and boundary applications, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across the enterprise.

Collaborating with senior team members, developers, and infrastructure, you will troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and manage access for ERP platforms. The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in application administration, systems support, IT operations, or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP, financial, or business-critical applications.
• Experience working in regulated environments with established security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting Deltek Costpoint or similar enterprise ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise applications including Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Cobra, and Cognos.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user access requests, system errors, and service incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and testing activities to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Administer and maintain RFgen, Datamax label printing solutions, and other assigned enterprise platforms.
• Assist with the support and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion Cloud (EPM), Oracle APEX applications, and UiPath automations.
• Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and user provisioning records.
• Ensure all application changes, access requests, and administrative activities comply with established security, audit, and compliance requirements.
