Job summary

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Application Systems Administrator to join the Enterprise Systems team. This role focuses on the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of critical enterprise applications including Deltek Costpoint and related business systems.

You will work with senior admins to troubleshoot, manage access, test configurations, and ensure reliability in a highly regulated environment, offering an excellent opportunity for growth in enterprise application

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, systems administration, or related technical role.
• Experience supporting business applications and enterprise software.
• Customer-focused support environment experience.
• Understanding of basic application support and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin and support for Deltek Costpoint and related apps.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and escalate complex problems.
• Monitor application health, jobs, interfaces, and data processes.
• Assist with root-cause analysis across app, database, and infra layers.
• Support upgrades, patches, config changes, and testing activities.
• Assist with Deltek Cobra, Cognos, Oracle EPM, Oracle APEX, RFgen, UiPath.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and user provisioning records.
