Job summary

Elford, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to own the strategy, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications.

You will partner with leaders across Elford to ensure technology supports the way our people actually work. You will own the multi-year roadmap, lead major implementations and integrations, and drive modernization while guiding governance, testing and adoption across business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application experience.
• Experience with CMiC, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Led complex application implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, lifecycle and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
• Own the multi-year roadmap for enterprise applications.
• Direct major implementations, integrations, upgrades and modernization efforts.
• Evaluate where applications should be improved, consolidated, replaced or retired.
• Lead governance, releases, testing, change management and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into enterprise systems and processes.
• Improve integrations between systems, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Partner with business and executive leadership to turn operational needs into tech solutions.
• Manage vendors, licensing, contracts, performance and investments.
• Help create a connected, scalable enterprise technology environment.
