Job summary

Agility Partners LLC is seeking an Applications Developer to join our team and support a Fortune 20 healthcare client, designing and maintaining enterprise applications that drive critical business objectives.

You will design, implement, and provide Tier-3 support for applications, systems, and IT products, while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and document incidents for tracking and governance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Visio, and Project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and encourage innovation while maximizing existing resources.
• Experience performing technical assessments and developing creative, sustainable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related applications development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and provide Tier-3 support for applications, systems, and IT products.
• Triage issues, deliver enhancements, and resolve production software defects promptly.
• Support ad-hoc database queries and data manipulation as needed.
• Document incidents and user requests in a ticket tracking system while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure resolution.
