Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking an IT Solutions Owner for Corporate Applications to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications supporting Operations, Finance, People, and Legal.

You will partner with business leaders and IT teams, guiding projects from discovery through deployment using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods, while managing vendors and ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications across corporate functions.
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, and integrations in complex environments.
• Familiarity with SDLC controls, security, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to influence through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven vendor management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise application initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and launch.
• Partner with business leaders to define objectives, scope, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, security, and vendors.
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and MSPs for delivery success.
• Drive adoption and operational readiness, with knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency.
