Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Foundational knowledge of application or system administration concepts
• Familiarity with Windows or Linux
• Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new systems and processes
• Experience with deployment, configuration, and monitoring of enterprise applications (I/II/III)
