Job summary

Rentix Solutions seeks an experienced ERP trainer/administrator to own TrakQuip support and system administration across branches. You will lead configuration, data fixes, and vendor liaison to manage releases and integrations.

You will plan and deliver hands-on and online TrakQuip training, build a reusable education library, and drive adoption through follow-ups. Over time, you may support NetSuite training and core systems implementation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
• Experience onboarding and training clients.
• Experience running SQL Server-to-Azure data migrations.
• Experience building custom SQL reports and SOPs.

Position Objective

Owns the training and content creation around the TrakQuip platform.

Job Responsibilities

TrakQuip Support and Administration

• Primary owner of the TrakQuip support queue across all branches
• System administration, configuration, and data fixes
• Liaison with the TrakQuip vendor on issues, releases, and integrations

Training and Enablement

• Plan and deliver onsite and online TrakQuip training across the branches

• Own adoption and auditing after training: follow up with branches that aren't using what was taught
• Support upgrade planning and rollout of new features
• Grow into NetSuite and core-systems training and implementation support over time
