Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft seeks an Applications & Business Analyst for a hybrid role bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support enterprise applications to optimize performance and usability.

You will collaborate with the IT team and business stakeholders to customize and support Cirrus' applications in scope of Cirrus' IT roadmap. The role emphasizes system thinking, learning new technologies, and working with evolving requirements to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years in enterprise app support or business analyst or development role.
Preference for experience in manufacturing/product development/service environments with IT infra/applications development/support.
Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and delivering IT services to diverse business customers.
Experience building software solutions including ETL, APIs/web services, databases.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of enterprise application systems in collaboration with solution partners.
Configure or enhance application systems to meet stakeholder requests.
Coordinate knowledge transfer for new modules, upgrades, fixes, or installations.
Escalate issues with solution partners and perform root cause analysis.
Update documentation and create new materials as needed.
Learn new systems and support Dev/Ops models.
Participate in user acceptance testing and create user guides.
