Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst II to support IT programs and project teams by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supporting IT programs, systems, or technology projects.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, workflow documentation, and requirements management.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to get the clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Participate in meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
• Track actions, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables for timely objectives.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement.
• Support elicitation activities (interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Create requirements traceability matrices and ensure alignment with solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, briefings, and executive summaries.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Assist with design discussions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate system functionality against requirements and resolve defects.
• Analyze program metrics to support reporting and decisions.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Support change management and training activities.
