The role emphasizes translating business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on SQL, data analysis, MSSQL, and APIs. Collaboration across teams is essential to ensure system reliability and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years supporting, configuring, analyzing, or enhancing enterprise applications, ERP systems, integrations, or related business systems.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, database structures, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of application integrations, interfaces, data flows, and enterprise business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and enhancements.
• Preferred MSSQL, .NET, APIs, integration platforms, Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, improve, configure, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
• Evaluate requirements, implement enhancements, analyze data, and support operational and strategic objectives.
• Identify root causes of issues and develop corrective solutions.
• Use SQL, reporting tools, and diagnostics to investigate data integrity and performance.
• Assess impact of changes across integrated applications and business processes.
• Develop data validation, reconciliation, and correction activities as required.
