Job summary

OJ Digital is scaling its post-sales team in New York, seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to own enterprise customer implementations from design through Go-Live and beyond.

You'll partner with customer engineering teams to design, build and troubleshoot REST API integrations, mapping data, and coordinating with ERP and financial systems like SAP, Oracle and NetSuite. This role requires 3–6 years of hands-on API-focused experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in solutions architecture or hands-on technical implementation.
• Post-sales implementation experience in a B2B SaaS or API-first technology company.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication and data mapping.
• Experience integrating with ERP, billing or financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with customer engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through to Go-Live and post-launch support
• Design, build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks and authentication flows
• Work directly with customer engineering teams on data mapping and complex integration requirements
• Integrate the platform with ERP, billing and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle and NetSuite
• Translate complex customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout implementation
• Run implementation meetings, project syncs and occasional on-site customer sessions
• Feed customer requirements, implementation challenges and feature requests back into Product and Engineering
