Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Solution Architect to lead post-sales technical implementations for enterprise clients using API-based SaaS solutions. This role is hands-on and focuses on solution design, API integrations, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful customer go-lives.

You will design scalable integration solutions, work directly with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and authentication flows, and collaborate with client engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar post-sales role.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and authentication flows.
• Explain and troubleshoot API integrations, payloads, authentication, and data mapping.
• Experience integrating with ERP, billing, or financial systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently as an hands-on contributor.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Hybrid work environment in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on solution design, API integrations, stakeholder management, and successful customer go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from requirements gathering through Go-Live and post-launch support
• Design and document scalable integration solutions for enterprise customers
• Work hands-on with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication, and data mapping
• Integrate SaaS solutions with ERP, billing, and financial systems
• Partner with client engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs
• Manage technical stakeholders across customer, product, and engineering teams
• Lead implementation meetings, technical discussions, and project updates
• Identify integration risks and drive issues through resolution
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product and feature requirements to internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or a similar post-sales role
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and authentication flows
• Ability to explain and troubleshoot API integrations, payloads, authentication, and data mapping
• Experience integrating with ERP, billing, or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS customers
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently as a hands-on individual contributor
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, tax technology, payments, accounting, or compliance software
• Familiarity with indirect tax, VAT, GST, or e-invoicing
• Experience with platforms such as Avalara, Vertex, or Stripe Tax
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company or startup
• Payments, accounting, or financial technology experience
• Experience with enterprise implementation or customer-facing technical consulting

Compensation

$180,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates may be considered at a higher level of compensation.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid position with availability in New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
