You will engage with senior stakeholders, run workshops, and deliver demos while translating complex requirements into concrete architectures. The ideal candidate combines customer-facing tech experience with practical implementation skills.

Qualifications

• Several years in a customer-facing technical role at a B2B software company.
• Proven delivery experience for large enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and identity setups like SSO and SCIM.
• Capable of building and configuring solutions directly, not just writing specs.
• Maintains composure when engaging with senior stakeholders and vague requirements.
