Job summary

Checkbox AI is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to lead the technical design for enterprise customers. You will build, configure, and integrate Checkbox solutions, leading workshops and proofs of concept to drive rapid value for large legal teams.

You will bring hands-on API, webhook, and identity integration experience, with a builder mindset that enables prototyping and shipping in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record delivering for large enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and identity integrations (SSO/SAML, SCIM).
• Builder mindset; can prototype and ship solutions using low-code/no-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution architecture and design for enterprise customers.
• Build and configure complex Checkbox solutions and custom functions.
• Design and lead integrations across APIs, SSO, SCIM, and enterprise systems.
• Serve as the technical lead across implementations, workshops, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Turn recurring customer requirements into reusable technical patterns, templates, and best practices that scale delivery.
• Deliver Checkbox configuration as part of professional services engagements.
• Reduce time-to-value and guide customers from first use case to broader adoption.
• Bring field insights to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities.
