Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Project Manager for the Enterprise Analytics Transformation program to drive integrated execution across governance, data products, technology, and adoption workstreams. You will build and manage program plans, report to executives, translate strategy into action, and lead governance with clear accountability and strong communication.

The role requires 7+ years of PM/CHM experience, expertise in governance and executive reporting, and a proactive, detail‑oriented

• 7+ years of project, program, or change management experience leading complex people, process, and technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, resource management, and risk, issue, dependency, decision, and escalation processes.
• Strong change-management experience spanning communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
• Innovative, self-directed problem solver who challenges the status quo and turns ambiguity into action.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Strategic, curious, and highly organized, with strong process discipline and attention to detail.

• Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills, with experience creating executive-ready materials
• Experience with business cases, strategic planning, funding processes, and operating-model improvement
• Proficiency with project-management and workflow tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana
