Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, enterprise reporting, data engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or directing employees or multidisciplinary technical delivery teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and data solutions from requirements through implementation.
• Proficiency with Tableau, dashboard design, data source development, and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL and relational data concepts; ability to review queries and guide design.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analytics, BI, and data engineers supporting enterprise platforms.
• Organize priorities, manage performance reviews, and support staff development.
• Grow engineering capability through coaching and hands-on opportunities.
• Translate business needs into scalable data, reporting, and analytics requirements.
• Oversee Tableau dashboards, data sources, and platform governance.
• Provide technical direction for design, testing, deployment, and support of data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align analytics with business goals.
