You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions for analytics, ML and AI, while ensuring security, privacy, and HIPAA-aligned practices across the data lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data engineering.
• Advanced SQL and Python, with data modeling experience.
• Experience with Databricks and Spark on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD and orchestration tools listed above.
• Experience delivering governed data using Unity Catalog and data quality.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and mentor engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or Engineering.

• Own technical design and hands-on delivery for the most complex data products and pipelines.
• Define data contracts including schemas, freshness, and quality expectations.
• Build data products for analytics, ML, and AI with proper lineage and controls.
• Diagnose production data issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Lead code/design reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce quality standards.
• Advance domain testing, observability, and CI/CD within enterprise standards.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance including HIPAA considerations.
