Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in BI, analytics development, data engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Power BI and Fabric, data modeling, dashboards, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support analytics solutions that turn business needs into insights.
• Develop scalable semantic models, dashboards, reports, and dataflows using Power BI, Fabric, SQL.
• Partner with users to map workflows, decisions, and opportunities for analytics impact.
• Promote governed self-service analytics within an enterprise governance framework.
• Mature analytics from static reporting to interactive, AI-enabled insights.
