The EAM / Solution Data Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of enterprise data readiness, data governance, data conversion, and solution data activities supporting the ADI Release 2 program and related enterprise technology initiatives. Oversees the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of solution data processes, including data mapping, migration, validation, integration readiness, testing support, governance controls, and operational sustainment. Serves as a key liaison between business, technology, integration, and vendor teams to ensure enterprise data assets support operational excellence, system reliability, and successful business transformation.
Direct Supervision: Functional leadership of project data resources, analysts, and implementation team members.
Indirect Supervision: Vendors, system integrators, business SMEs, and technical resources supporting solution delivery.
Key Internal: Business Unit SMEs, ADI Program Teams, Technology, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Teams, and Operational Leaders.
Key External: Contractors, Vendors, Technology Partners, System Integrators, and Third-Party Data Providers.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
Education Preferred: Master's degree in related discipline.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred: SQL, Data Analytics, Data Management, SAP, Maximo, Agile, Project Management, or related certifications.
Experience Required: 6 years of related experience in data analysis, data management, enterprise system implementations, data migration, or technology delivery.
Experience Preferred: Utility industry experience; EAM, ERP, or enterprise platform implementation experience.
Supervisory Experience Preferred: 3 years leading project teams or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong data analysis, data validation, and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of data structures, transformation logic, integration concepts, and governance principles. Ability to document data flows and business rules. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred: SQL, reporting tools, data integration platforms, SAP, Maximo, Power BI, and enterprise data environments.
