Job summary

OpenRouter, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Support Engineer to anchor technical resolution for our largest customers. You’ll diagnose, debug, and stabilize AI workflows, collaborating with AMs and engineers to keep OpenRouter reliable and transparent.

You’ll handle incidents, analyze logs, and craft reproducible scenarios in TS/Python/cURL, while contributing docs and automation to ease team workload. West Coast hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in an external-facing support role in a B2B SaaS or API-first environment.
• Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTTP status codes, and authentication methods.
• Ability to read and debug code in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, etc.
• Experience querying logging/monitoring platforms to trace request lifecycles.
• Basic proficiency with SQL for investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical resolution for inbound enterprise inquiries and incidents.
• Analyze logs and API usage to identify root causes and severity.
• Isolate bugs by creating minimal reproduction scripts (TypeScript, Python, curl).
• Assess business impact and fast-track high-stakes issues for key partners.
• Provide data for QBRs and translate updates for executives and engineers.
• Create documentation and playbooks to automate remediation.
