Ema in California is seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and shape high-impact AI engagements. This role works with the Executive Leadership Team to drive transformation and adoption of AI across large organizations.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), deep experience in enterprise strategy and SaaS sales motions, and strong storytelling with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at a top-tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of AI/Digital transformation in enterprise workflows.
• Excellent client advisory, ROI assessment, and business-case design.
• Strong storytelling, structured problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
• Partner with executive sponsors, customer success, solution engineering, and product to deliver AI solutions.
• Act as strategic advisor to client leadership, shaping transformation roadmaps.
• Shape proposals, POVs, and narratives to accelerate deal cycles.
• Lead strategic workshops and executive briefings with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, GTM, and delivery teams; mentor teams on engagement design.
