Ameriprise Financial is seeking a senior leader to execute enterprise AI initiatives, translating AI strategy into scalable, business-impacting solutions. You will partner across business and technology teams to drive delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes, with end-to-end accountability for AI programs.

The role leads cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders, and ensures responsible AI governance while delivering value through transformation and performance enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
10+ years of AI, data/analytics, digital, or large-scale transformation experience.
Enterprise mindset with success delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Strong AI/ML and GenAI knowledge; data platforms and enterprise tech.
Excellent communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones.
Lead a portfolio of AI use cases and programs across the enterprise.
Partner with business leaders, technology, data & analytics, risk, legal and governance teams.
Provide direction on AI/ML and GenAI solutions; ensure scalable integration.
Drive adoption, change, and value realization; define metrics and track outcomes.
