Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business applications
• PhD or Master’s in CS/CE/ML with 4+ years experience
• Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply modeling techniques to improve speech-to-text accuracy for domain-specific use cases
• Evaluate, adapt, and fine-tune speech and audio models based on accuracy and latency
• Improve end-to-end audio pipeline performance and latency from processing to transcription
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize models and measure performance
• Write scientific docs and present results to stakeholders
