Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI agent development.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI agent roadmap and a prioritized backlog with defined business value, ownership, risk, and success metrics.
• Give leadership regular updates on priorities, risks, value delivered, decisions, and next steps.
• Measure business impact and recommend whether each solution should be scaled, optimized, or retired.
• Lead agent design, testing, pilots, and production deployment.
• Redesign business workflows to maximize automation and productivity gains.
• Coordinate stakeholders across the business, IT, Security, Legal, and vendors.
• Establish and enforce standards for security, compliance, responsible AI, monitoring, and oversight.
• Define support models, controls, and operating procedures for production agents.
• Monitor performance, usage, reliability, and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Expand proven agents across departments using reusable standards and best practices.
