Job summary

Glean is hiring a Solutions Engineer to work with sales teams to demonstrate the value of our Work AI platform. You will architect integrations, run technical POCs, and guide security conversations to accelerate decisions.

You will partner with account executives, create tailored environments, and translate complex technology into business outcomes while building strong cross-functional relationships across product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales engineering or solution consulting in a SaaS organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to navigate multi-stakeholder deals with C-level executives.
• Create and demo custom environments based on customer industry and line of business.
• Run and manage a technical POC cycle.
• Perform customer-facing technical discovery calls.
• Lead security discussions to reassure customers about Glean's posture.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver customer requests and represent the voice of the customer.
• Develop ROI and business-justification reports and presentations.
