Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g. software, cloud, security).
• 3+ years designing or implementing in applications/infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Customer Architecture & Delivery Ownership: own weekly delivery plans, architecture syncs, and end-to-end technical relationships from proof-of-concept through production deployment across enterprise finance environments.
• Product Quality & Launch Readiness: validate product releases across stages, identify blockers, file issues, and build demo environments showcasing AI-driven contract-to-cash workflows.
• Domain Solution Design: design and validate reference architectures for applying agentic AI to enterprise finance processes including contract interpretation, invoice validation, collections optimization, and cash application across ERP, CLM, and AR landscapes.
• Technical Unblocking & Integration: drive resolution of complex issues across identity, data integration, and platform layers, focusing on integration across SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and AR automation platforms.
• Field Enablement & Thought Leadership: build enablement assets and author technical blogs and reference architectures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with product, engineering, BD, and CS teams to shape product roadmap priorities from customer feedback.
