Job summary

Meibel is seeking a Solutions Architect in Tysons, VA to partner with enterprise customers to design scalable, explainable AI systems using Meibel’s platform. This is a customer-facing, technically hands-on role bridging sales, engineering, and product to unlock the platform's value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Solutions Architect, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Deep hands-on comfort with APIs, backend systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficient in at least one language (Python, Go, or Node.js).
• Experience with ML/AI systems in production, including LLMs or RAG.
• Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-first mindset with action and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to design scalable, explainable AI systems using Meibel’s platform
• Lead the technical side of the sales process — from discovery to proof-of-concept to production rollout
• Translate business goals into architectural plans across data pipelines, RAG workflows, and deployment strategies
• Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and operationalization — acting as their trusted technical partner
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to turn customer feedback into roadmap insights
• Create architectural docs, diagrams, and reusable patterns that accelerate implementation
• Provide hands-on technical support across APIs, SDKs, model integration, and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex issues across model, data, and cloud environments — and help resolve them with clarity
