We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who thrives in customer conversations, loves tackling real-world technical problems, and is excited to shape the way organizations build intelligent, explainable systems. This is a customer-facing, technically hands-on role that bridges the gap between sales, engineering, and product, helping our customers unlock the full value of Meibel’s AI platform.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with enterprise customers to design scalable, explainable AI systems using Meibel’s platform
• Lead the technical side of the sales process — from discovery to proof-of-concept to production rollout
• Translate business goals into architectural plans across data pipelines, RAG workflows, and deployment strategies
• Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and operationalization — acting as their trusted technical partner
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to turn customer feedback into roadmap insights
• Create architectural docs, diagrams, and reusable patterns that accelerate implementation
• Provide hands-on technical support across APIs, SDKs, model integration, and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex issues across model, data, and cloud environments — and help resolve them with clarity

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical role
• Deep technical comfort with APIs, backend systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks
• Hands-on ability in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Node.js preferred)
• Experience working with ML/AI systems in production, ideally including LLMs or RAG
• Excellent communication skills — able to speak fluently with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Customer-first mindset with a bias for action and collaboration
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For

• Experience with LLMOps, prompt engineering, or hybrid retrieval systems
• Knowledge of observability, model evaluation, and performance monitoring tools
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise AI
• Background in enterprise software, AI platforms, or infrastructure startups
