Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Enterprise AI-enabled engagements across Intelligence Center X and related Siemens Digital Industries software offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and govern end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will drive architecture from discovery through deployment, ensuring non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and usability are met while steering customer outcomes and ongoing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes and outcomes into clear solution designs and acceptance criteria.
• Governing technical scope, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive-level technical storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand processes, data, and measures of success.
• Define end-to-end architecture across Siemens and customer capabilities.
• Govern architecture documents, specs, data models, and implementation guidance.
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with approved architecture and outcomes.
• Coordinate across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Mentor teams in architecture methods, documentation, and customer communication.
