Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to act as the technical leader for customer engagements involving Intelligence Center X and related offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and govern end-to-end solution integrity across Siemens and customer teams.

You will drive discovery, design, and delivery, ensuring non-functional requirements and operational considerations are addressed with reusable patterns and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software design and delivery with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Strong architecture skills across apps, data, integrations, and security.
• Translate business processes into clear designs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing scope, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to define end-to-end architecture across Siemens and customer capabilities.
• Govern architecture documents, specs, data models, and implementation guidance.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, and QA teams.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, migration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Lead design reviews and manage technical debt with clear approvals.
• Support release readiness, cutover planning, and knowledge transfer from an architecture perspective.
