Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Intelligence Center X and related Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures across data, AI, and applications, coordinating across teams and partners.

You will drive discovery through deployment, govern architectural decisions, ensure non-functional requirements are met, and mentor consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions at scale

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Translate business processes into clear solution designs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive-level technical storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants and developers.
• Decompose the solution into implementable work packages with estimates.
• Clarify design intent and remove blockers for distributed teams.
• Validate components implement the approved design and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment and operations.
• Mentor teams in architecture methods and documentation.
