Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Intelligence Center X and related Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and guide delivery from discovery through transition to operations.

Responsibilities include governing architecture, driving design decisions, and coordinating cross-functional teams across applications, data, AI, and integrations to ensure reliable, upgradeable solutions for

Qualifications

Design and deliver enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
Lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and operations.
Translate business needs into clear designs, guidance, and acceptance criteria.
Govern scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and define end-to-end architecture across capabilities (ICX, SLC, Mendix, and others).
Govern architecture, documents, specs, data models, and implementation guidance.
Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, and QA teams.
Coordinate cross-team activities through build, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
Lead design reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure traceability to requirements.
Support release readiness, cutover planning, and knowledge transfer from an architecture perspective.
Mentor teams in architecture methods, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
