• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technology solutions and leading initiatives through implementation, adoption, and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies and enterprise AI capabilities, with focus on practical risk and governance considerations.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify AI opportunities, and deliver measurable value.
• Ability to independently lead cross-functional AI initiatives and communicate capabilities, risks, and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Investment, Finance, Operations, and other teams to identify AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Evaluate technologies and determine how AI tools and platforms can improve productivity and decision-making.
• Design approaches leveraging generative AI, intelligent agents, enterprise search, and workflow automation.
• Leverage AI solutions within existing enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Slack, Workday, DealCloud).
• Evaluate third-party technologies and recommend buy, configure, or integration options based on value, fit, cost, security, and risk.
