The AI Solutions Architect is responsible for applying AI technologies to solve high-value business problems across PEP and its portfolio companies. This role will join the Firm's Portfolio Operations team and partners with IT, Investment, Finance, Operations, and other business teams to understand business needs, identify where AI can meaningfully improve outcomes, and translate those opportunities into practical, secure, and scalable solutions.
The AI Solutions Architect will lead the evaluation, configuration, integration, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions using commercially available AI models, platforms, and enterprise technologies. The role will guide initiatives from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong technical fluency, business judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions while ensuring appropriate security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI controls.
