Job summary

Algolia is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, implementation, and optimization of agentic and generative search capabilities. You will partner with customer success managers and engineering to ensure successful adoption and ongoing value.

In this role, you will deliver tailored workshops, advise on best practices for search architecture, and help maintain long-term account health while identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consultative services and technical workshops.
• Ability to advise on search implementation, performance tuning and architecture.
• Track record of collaboration with CSMs and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative services to a customer portfolio with workshops and tailored support.
• Advise on best practices for search implementation and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with customer success managers to maintain account health and address technical risks.
• Partner with product and engineering to develop subject-matter expertise for customers.
• Produce status reports and document engagements clearly for internal knowledge sharing.
