Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical AI/ML role with 2+ years with LLMs.
• 2+ years hands-on prompt engineering for enterprise use cases.
• 2+ years helping enterprise clients design or govern AI tools/workflows.
• 2+ years building AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbots.
• 2+ years experience with knowledge management systems (Confluence, SharePoint).
• Experience evaluating AI performance and driving iterative improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences.
• Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents.
• Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations.
• Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI output quality.
• Establish prompt libraries, standards, and governance processes.
