Ushur, Inc. is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own positioning and go-to-market for the core platform and priority AI use cases.

You will set the messaging, guide launches from customer insight through adoption, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to connect product value to buyer needs. You will craft business-case narratives, ROI tools, and proof points, while shaping multiple adoption paths—product-led and partner-led—and delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B product marketing with enterprise AI launches.
• Depth in LLM-based agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), grounding, tool use.
• Ability to configure and test an agent workflow, read API docs, inspect inputs/outputs.

Responsabilités

• Own positioning and go-to-market for Ushur’s core platform and priority use cases.
• Lead messaging and launches from customer insight through adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with product, engineering, sales, customer success and marketing.
• Create pitch materials, competitive guidance, and customer proofs for sellers.
• Track impact and refine messaging based on market feedback.
