Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and manage the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities integrated with Salesforce Data Cloud. This role focuses on enterprise AI product management, backlog prioritization, governance, agent evaluation, and cross-functional delivery to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.

You will own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with Data Cloud teams, and drive governance, security, and compliance

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or AI products.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of AI agents, grounding, context management, and governance.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for Agentforce use cases.
Own and maintain the product backlog with epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and releases.
Partner with Data Cloud teams to define governed data context and user grounding requirements.
Coordinate planning across architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and AI governance teams.
Ensure responsible AI governance through reviews, guardrails, and documentation.
Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Drive stakeholder engagement, user feedback, and continuous product improvement.
Track adoption, business value, product quality, risk, and delivery performance.
