At AMD, we believetechnology has the power to solve the world’s most important challenges. From advancing healthcare and scientific discovery to powering AI and the technologies people rely on every day, innovation at AMDis shapingthefuture.

Whetheryou’redesigning next-gen processors, enabling AI breakthroughs, orbringing leading edge products to market, every role at AMD contributes to something bigger— technologythat moves the world forward.Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career.

Enterprise AI Product Manager
The Role

The Enterprise AI Partner & Product Manager sits at the convergence of two critical motions: building AMD's enterprise AI partner ecosystem and turning that ecosystem into complete, deployable solutions for Fortune 5000 companies.

This role has one core mandate: building and scaling AMD's ISV partnership ecosystem. You will recruit and develop strategic relationships with enterprise AI software vendors (ISVs), validating their software within OEM and OSV ecosystems and on AMD silicon — so that enterprises have access to a rich, certified portfolio of AI software solutions running on AMD hardware, whether deployed on-premises or in the cloud.

The result is a validated partner-integrated stack — combining AMD hardware with ISV software, tested within OSV and OEM environments — that gives Fortune 5000 enterprises the flexibility to build and scale their own AI infrastructure their way.

This is an individual contributor role with broad cross-functional reach across engineering, product, marketing, sales, and channel partners.

The Person

You understand how enterprises actually deploy AI — the infrastructure decisions, the software stack choices, the organizational friction, and the TCO trade-offs that determine whether a solution gets bought and scaled or dies in a POC.You have hands-on experience with enterprise AI applications and their deployment environments, and you know how hardware accelerators fit into that picture. You are technically credible with engineers and commercially sharp with partners and customers. You take ideas from conception to market and take ownership of outcomes, not just activities.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI ISV Partnerships
  • Buildand manage a portfolio of ISV partnerships — serving as AMD's primary point of contact across ISV product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Recruitnew ISV partners aligned with AMD's vertical priorities: Healthcare, Finance, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, and Media & Entertainment.
  • ValidateISV software within OEM and OSV ecosystems and on AMD silicon (MI300X, MI325x, MI350) — coordinating technical enablement with AMD's engineering to ensure ISVs are certified and go-to-market ready.
  • Developand execute joint business plans with ISV partners — including co-sell motions, solution integrations, certification programs, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Trackpartner health, milestone delivery, and joint pipeline;identifyand act on opportunities to deepen ISV integration and expand business impact.
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Collaboratewith AMDbusiness development, marketing, field sales, and legal to support partner integrations, joint launches, and customer engagements.
  • Developsolution briefs, technical reference architectures, competitive analyses, and event content that communicate the value of AMD's enterprise AI solutions to technical and executive audiences.
  • Supportpartner summits, industry events, and executive briefings with materials and direct representation.
  • Executepartnership activities and joint GTM initiatives within approved budgets; track spend and report on program expenditures to support broader investment decisions.
Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, technical product management, or solutions engineering — within enterprise AI, cloud, semiconductor, or enterprise software.
  • Workingknowledge of enterprise AI applications, their usageand deployment stack: LLM inference, RAG pipelines, AI agents,MLOps, model serving frameworks, containerized deployment (Kubernetes, Docker), and AI hardware accelerators.
  • Understandingof how enterprises evaluate, procure, and deploy AI infrastructure — including TCO analysis, vendor qualification, and IT procurement cycles.
  • Experiencewith product management activities including roadmap coordination, solution brief development, or go-to-market launch execution.
  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to engineering and executive audiences.
  • Technicalfluency in GPU compute, AI software stacks, or inference platforms is a meaningful advantage.
