Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an AI Platforms Product Manager to own Copilot Studio strategy, governance, and enterprise adoption. You will translate evolving Microsoft AI capabilities into a scalable product roadmap, partnering with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and business teams to build a sustainable enterprise agent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Copilot Studio experience, including agent development, authentication, and governance.
• Experience creating governance frameworks for enterprise AI.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and its Copilot Studio relationship.
• Experience evaluating AI licensing, consumption, and cost models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional tech initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Copilot Studio product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Assess new Copilot Studio and agent capabilities for value and governance.
• Define success metrics for adoption, governance, and UX.
• Define governance/operating models for autonomous agents and multi-agent solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate Copilot Studio administration and reporting.
• Develop scalable enablement programs for agent makers with guidance and docs.
