Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team invites you to join as an AI Workplace Platform Consultant, focused on deploying Claude, Copilot, and Gemini at enterprise scale. You will configure, integrate, and operationalize platforms, driving adoption and delivering measurable business value.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in PM, consulting, or SI, experience with Microsoft 365, SSO, RBAC, and a passion for translating business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and Copilot.
• 3+ years in project or program management.
• 3+ years in consulting, industry, or systems integration for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Microsoft 365/Exchange ecosystem experience.
• Experience with enterprise release planning and change management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel ~50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate and deploy enterprise AI platforms at scale.
• Lead technical engagements from platform setup to managed operations.
• Implement identity, access, and provisioning configurations (SSO, RBAC).
• Support release planning and end-user enablement.
• Translate business needs into platform configurations and runbooks.
