Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a Manager, AI Solutions & Finance Strategy to lead AI adoption across Finance Process & Operations, spanning Fund Accounting, Entity Lifecycle Management, FP&A, Tax, and corporate finance. The role requires a deep understanding of workflows and the ability to translate business needs into AI solution requirements without coding, collaborating closely with the GTS AI team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, finance operations, or a related business systems role.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, platforms, or workflows, including prompt engineering and generative AI applications.
• Experience working across multiple finance departments (FP&A, Tax, Entity Management) with stakeholder credibility.
• Familiarity with agile project management and tools such as JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use-case discovery and translate business needs into structured AI solution requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from requirements through deployment, testing, and adoption.
• Design prompts for LLM-powered tools and develop reusable prompt frameworks.
• Drive change management and training to ensure effective adoption across fund operations.
• Provide ongoing production support and collect end-user feedback for continuous improvement.
