Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Experience in enterprise enablement or Center of Excellence model.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, NLP, and intelligent automation.
• Solid grounding in modern engineering practices and scalable system design.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise alignment and adoption of AI/ML and intelligent automation with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities across federated teams and adhere to Center of Excellence standards.
• Define, maintain, and evolve scalable reference architectures and standards.
• Enable reuse at scale by promoting shared tooling, accelerators, and reusable capabilities.
• Provide advisory support to delivery teams to strengthen design decisions and operational readiness of AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish Responsible AI governance across distributed teams.
• Promote secure, resilient engineering practices aligned to enterprise architecture.
• Lead community of practice to uplift capability and share patterns across teams.
• Drive adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
