Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple teams in a large organization.
• Experience operating in an enterprise enablement function focused on standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise alignment and adoption of AI/ML and automation by partnering with teams to embed consistent approaches into roadmaps.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and reduce fragmentation across federated teams.
• Define and evolve scalable reference architectures and standards to accelerate adoption.
• Enable reuse at scale through shared tooling, accelerators, and reusable capabilities.
• Provide advisory support to strengthen design decisions and operational readiness of AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish Responsible AI governance across distributed teams, including bias mitigation and data quality.
• Promote secure, resilient engineering practices aligned to enterprise architecture expectations.
• Lead communities of practice to uplift capability and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Apply SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve value realized by automation.
