Job summary

Lio is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our US team (New York). You’ll bridge Engineering, Product, and Fortune 500 customers to design and deliver scalable integrations and technical solutions in enterprise procurement.

You’ll own customer-driven features from concept to production, work across APIs, SAP, and other systems, and ship MVPs that scale. If you love solving hard problems and moving fast in a hands-on environment, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals across APIs and distributed systems.
• Own customer-driven features from concept to production.
• Comfort working directly with customers to translate needs into product improvements.
• Clear communication across Engineering, Product, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise integrations across APIs, SAP, and other business systems.
• Design scalable technical solutions with enterprise customers.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across production environments.
• Own customer-driven product features from implementation to production.
• Build MVPs and evolve them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Automate deployment and implementation workflows with Product and Engineering.
• Turn recurring customer needs into reusable product features.
• Help establish Lio’s FDE function in the US and shape how we serve American enterprise customers as we scale.
