Lio (formerly askLio) is hiring the first US-based AI Implementation Manager to drive enterprise deployments for Fortune 500 customers. You will own end-to-end implementations, translate needs into scalable plans, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver customer success.
• Strong communication with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
• Structured thinking to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
• Interest in AI and helping enterprises adopt new software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to go-live.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and designs.
• Act as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for Fortune 500 customers.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for seamless execution.
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, and escalations.
• Turn feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Build scalable implementation processes and playbooks for growth.
• Help establish Lio's implementation function in the US.
