Job summary

Lio is expanding in the US and seeks an AI Implementation Manager to bring AI Agents into real enterprise operations. You will own deployments from day one for Fortune 500 customers and drive measurable impact as we build out our US business.

You’ll work across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, turning requirements into scalable plans while shaping how we serve American enterprises at scale.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to successful go-live
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution designs
• Act as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 customers
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and escalations
• Turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Build scalable implementation processes and playbooks that enable future growth
• Help establish Lio's implementation function in the US and shape how we serve American enterprise customers as we scale

Your Profile

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.

What’s not required

You don't need previous procurement experience or deep technical expertise.We're much more interested in ownership, structured thinking, customer empathy, and your ability to deliver successful enterprise implementations than in having the perfect background.
