Qualifications

• Collaborates with Product, Engineering and Design to translate objectives into research roadmaps.
• Ensures ethical standards, data privacy, and security governance in AI research.

Responsibilities

• Lead applied AI research at scale across strategic domains including networking, security, and human–computer interaction.
• Define and own long-term research strategy, priorities, and methodologies.
• Mentor and grow AI research talent within the team.
• Translate research outcomes into production-ready enterprise AI solutions.
• Represent the organization in AI communities and protect intellectual property.
